What data
When you fill in the quote form, we receive your name, company name, email address, phone number and the information you enter about your transport request.
What for
We only use this data to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, carry out the job. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except our hosting provider that runs the website and email.
How long
Requests that do not lead to a job are kept for up to 12 months. Client data is kept as long as the law requires, for example 7 years for accounting records.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no external services that follow you.
Your rights
You can always ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing info@aymangroep.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
